Giveaway: Two Tickets to See Hansel & Gretel at the MET Opera

hanselThe Metropolitan Opera will be featuring a fantastic show called Hansel and Gretel at the Lincoln Center for The Performing Arts.   I’ve known the story about Hansel and Gretel since I was a little girl  so I was super excited when I was sent tickets to see the show.

The show will be available for only a limited time, just in time for the holidays.  The first showing will be on December 14th and will last for only seven more shows.

I am proud to announce that one lucky New York Chica reader will win a pair of tickets to the Thursday, December 17th show at 8:00 pm.

    My favorite children’s book was anything by Shel Silverstein. The Giving Tree and The Light in the Attic – books like that.

    My favorite children’s book was Danny and the Dinosaur. When I was able to read on my own, my favorite was Secret Garden.

    So hard to pick just one! I loved being read to and continue to be a huge book worm. I have special memories of my grandpa reading me There’s a Wocket in My Pocket by Dr. Seuss at bedtime.
